SLA means Service Level Agreement (Acordo de Nível de Serviço). Virtual Cloud offers:

How are the prices of Virtual Machines calculated?
Prices are calculated based on the configurations chosen, including vCPUs, memory, storage, bandwidth and monthly traffic.
What happens if I exceed the use of contracted resources?
It is not possible to exceed the contracted resources. However, if the monthly traffic limit is exceeded, there will be an additional charge proportional to the excess consumption. See the specific fees in the price list.
